BALANCE LIGHTS

The lights are the result of the investigation of balance processes. Balance as an intermediate state, framed by two points of reference: the in-between, between two opposing elements that are balanced. And exactly in the dichotomy of opposing extremes is the extent that this feels „right“ The process related aspect shows itself in balancing out the right measure: It is in motion. A constantly moving and newly balancing process whose beauty is revealed in that processuality. The pull-type pendant light can be easily adjusted in height while the glass ball keeps it always back in balance. The thin aluminum body of the table lamp questions the possibilities of stability, which is controlled from our experience. Actually the light is kept in balance by the glass ball behind the lamp.
